Van Vulpen showroom-container

<p class="p1">Van Vulpen wanted to show how and why they work in a greener way. At Hacon Container Modifications, we translated that request into a mobile, multi-purpose showroom. After a thorough assessment, we developed a concept and technical drawings and immediately started construction. The basis is a 20-foot High Cube Open Side container that we have fully insulated and finished to a high standard.</p>

<h2>The result</h2>
<p class="p1">Inside the container, we created a fully equipped bar and separate storage area, with a battery showcase in the center as proof of the energy technology. The container also has a large LED screen with professional audio and video for presentations. The energy system is hybrid. The battery storage is combined with a standard mains connection for plug-and-play. Two solar panels on the door support consumption where possible.</p>
<p class="p1">The exterior is finished with a durable polyurethane coating and logos. The result is a representative, robust container that can be quickly assembled and disassembled and can be used at a wide range of events.</p>

Samenwerking Mammoet & HCM: de 20ft High Cube Solar container

<h2><span>Hacon Solar-containers als oplossing voor Mammoets uitdaging op het gebied van duurzaamheid</span></h2>
<p>Duurzaamheid is een must in verschillende sectoren, ook bij wereldspeler Mammoet. Het bedrijf was op zoek naar een partner om zijn energieverbruik te verminderen en te verduurzamen en kwam terecht bij Hacon Container Modifications! Bij HCM werken we elke dag aan op maat gemaakte containeroplossingen en onze 20ft High Cube Solar-containers bleken de perfecte testcase voor Mammoet.</p>
<p>Met een verlaagd dak en twaalf geïntegreerde zonnepanelen is dit de ideale containeroplossing voor duurzaam energieverbruik. Dankzij onze samenwerking met Victron beschikken we over batterijopslag waarmee een containerruimte, zoals een wooncontainer, volledig zelfstandig kan functioneren. Perfect als off-grid oplossing.</p>

<h2>De filosofie van HCM op het gebied van maatwerk</h2>
<p>HCM biedt geen standaardproducten aan. Daarom heeft onze eigen specialist Luke verschillende systeemvarianten ontwikkeld. Voor het pilotproject van Mammoet zijn twee varianten geselecteerd: de 230-volt Solar-container voor lichtere toepassingen en een 380-volt container voor projecten met een hoger energieverbruik. In nauw overleg met Mammoet zijn de installaties tijdens een pilotfase op ons eigen terrein getest.</p>
<p>De samenwerking resulteerde uiteindelijk in een 20 voet lange Casco Solar-container met PV-panelen, accu's en elektrische installatie. Deze container kan volledig worden aangepast aan individuele wensen, waardoor hij perfect is voor klanten met specifieke behoeften. Het tweede model is een 20 voet lange Solar Accommodation-unit, een volledig uitgeruste container met isolatie, ramen, stalen luiken en airconditioning. Beide modellen zijn ontworpen met het oog op gebruiksgemak en veiligheid.</p>
<p><em>“Hacon is al geruime tijd een betrouwbare partner. Tijdens ons onderzoek naar maatregelen om het brandstofverbruik van mobiele accommodaties te verminderen, hebben we bewust de dialoog met hen gezocht. Het bedrijf heeft bewezen flexibel en klantgericht te zijn, met oog voor oplossingen die aan onze behoeften voldoen”, aldus Mammoet.</em></p>

<h2>Een succesvolle pilot en een strategisch partnerschap met Mammoet</h2>
<p>Mammoet beschouwt de Solar-containers van <a href="/hacon-energy">Hacon Energy </a>niet als een eenmalig experiment. Het is een duurzame oplossing voor de lange termijn om de CO₂-uitstoot te verminderen en duurzame energie op te wekken. Daarnaast onderzoekt het bedrijf nu ook de mogelijkheid om bestaande containers duurzamer te maken door ze achteraf uit te rusten met zonnepanelen. Hierdoor wordt de bestaande vloot nog duurzamer. </p>
<p>Door deze samenwerking en de voortdurende ontwikkeling van Hacon Energy realiseren we een verbeterde ecologische impact in de verschillende sectoren waar containers op grote schaal worden gebruikt. Hacon supplies ballast container for the world's strongest land crane

<p>When power, precision, and technology come together, projects are created that impress the world. This was also the case with the construction of the Mammoet SK6000, the most powerful land crane in the world. Hacon Containers played a key role in the construction of this crane by supplying specially designed ballast containers. These containers are not only functional, but also contribute directly to the stability and success of the crane, a feat that once again underlines Hacon's expertise in customized solutions.</p>

<h2>A world record in the making</h2>
<p>Hacon Containers made an essential contribution to the construction of the Mammoet SK6000, the largest and most powerful land crane in the world. The crane is designed to lift loads of up to 3,000 tons to a height of 220 meters.</p>
<h2>40 dual-purpose ballast containers</h2>
<p>Hacon supplied a total of 40 40-foot hard top containers, which fulfill a dual role within the project. They are used both for transporting crane parts and for the ballast system of the SK6000 itself. Thanks to this versatility, they form an important part of the crane's modular design.</p>
<p>When the containers are used as ballast, the maximum weight is 100,000 kg per container, together accounting for an impressive ballast capacity of 4,000 tons.</p>
<h2>Tested strenght and reliability</h2>
<p>To meet Mammoet's extreme requirements, all containers were subjected to extensive load tests. Each container was loaded to 125 tons, using a combination of sand and ballast blocks. These tests confirm the structural strength, durability, and safety of the containers under maximum load.</p>

<p>The project highlights Hacon's technical expertise in designing, modifying, and supplying containers for heavy industrial applications. Each container is tailored to the specific requirements of the crane and its ballast configuration, with precision, safety, and reliability being paramount.</p>
<p>With its contribution to the SK6000, Hacon is underlining its position as a specialist in custom-made containers for complex, large-scale projects.</p>

Van Ginkel Group: A compact fire extinguishing container within the standard size

<p class="p1">Van Ginkel Group wanted a fire extinguishing container with an integrated fire extinguishing cannon that remained within standard dimensions. The system had to be powerful, service-friendly, and usable in regular logistics without requiring non-standard dimensions.</p>
<h2 class="p1">From design to realization</h2>
<p class="p1">We have translated the functional requirements into a compact design with a lowered roof so that the fire extinguishing cannon fits within the profile. The base construction has been reinforced and welded to ensure dimensional stability, allowing the water forces to be discharged in a controlled manner. All control technology and piping have been integrated within the container with logical accessibility for inspection and maintenance. During the process, we worked closely with Van Ginkel and refined the design several times to ensure that every step was in line with its use in the field.</p>

<h2>Construction quality and finish</h2>
<p class="p1">The container is constructed without tolerance for deviations. Welds, fittings, and mounting points are executed with high precision. The construction is designed for robust use and a short turnaround time on site during installation, testing, and relocation.</p>

<p class="p1">The result is a compact fire extinguishing container that remains within standard dimensions and delivers outstanding performance. The container is robust in construction, well thought-out in terms of integration, and ready for the field. Exactly the kind of customization we strive for at Hacon and that Van Ginkel can immediately put to good use!</p>

Collaboration between HCM and De Zoo results in the Mooie Bieren Bar

<p class="p1">What started as an empty container has been converted by Hacon Container Modifications into a fully equipped beer bar. In collaboration with De Zoo, we have converted the container step by step into an attractive and practical catering space that can be used immediately at events and festivals.</p>

<h2>From empty container to atmospheric beer bar</h2>
<p class="p1">The project started with a simple basis, but required a smart layout and a finish that is both functional and inviting. We equipped the container with insulation, sleek walls, integrated lighting, and a professional tap system. The interior is designed for efficient use, with sufficient space for staff, storage, and visitor traffic.</p>
<p class="p1">The exterior has also been designed with appearance in mind. The bar has a recognizable, warm look. The result is a robust, mobile beer bar that can be set up quickly and instantly creates a great atmosphere at any location.</p>
<p class="p1">A project that demonstrates how customization and craftsmanship come together, from container to meeting place.</p>
